The property is approached from via an A-road, then ¼ mile up a minor road. The “pull in” area for one car is slightly raised at the front of the cottage. The cottage is accessed on foot through a gravelled archway then up one shallow step through a pedestrian sized gate. The front door is accessed up three steep steps and is the only way into the property. There is a “lip” at the front door. On the ground floor there is a hallway with stairs leading off and a glazed door to the open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The flooring is solid quarry tiles with a large rug in the lounge area giving good colour contrast to doorways floors and walls. The fireplace in the lounge has no fireguard. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with two high stools and a low-level gas oven. TV and entertainment equipment in the lounge are operated by remote control. The upstairs is accessed via a curved staircase with carpet. There is a banister on one side. The upstairs contains two bedrooms with carpeting and light walls with sloping ceiling each side. In the bathroom, the ceiling slopes over the bath. The room has good natural light. The courtyard garden is totally enclosed, private and gated. It is all paved. The cottage does not have its own outside lights but a public light sheds light continuously over all access areas. Public transport (bus to Fishguard/St Davids is approximately 50 metres away at the top of the village green with a bus shelter).
